This week we have made a complex installation, we installed a propane boiler with radiators throughout the house.

How do propane gas boilers work?
They consist of a tank (the boiler) that heats the water. Heat is extracted from the fuel as it burns and that heat is sent to a heat exchanger, which transfers the heat to the water that will pass through the radiators.
Advantages of a propane boiler
The problem is that no fuel system works at 100% efficiency, since part of the heat produced will be lost. This loss can be up to 30 percent in boilers without condensation.
Why aren’t all boilers condensation?
Firstly, because condensing boilers are more expensive to manufacture, mainly because they need improved parts to adapt to the second process of the heat exchanger.
The second reason is because they require experts to be the ones who installed, so as to guarantee that you will spend less on fuel than in a non-condensing boiler.

The price of propane gas is regulated by the government. In addition to the price, which is lower than the price of diesel, propane gas has a number of other advantages:

- Resistance to extreme temperatures
- Economic: if we want to use it for a heating system it is recommended before other energies such as electricity or diesel.
