We continue installing cookers this year, as winter is here to stay for a while. This time it has been a pellet cooker. They are cookers that instead of wood work with a type of biomass called pellet. Biomass is the set of organic matter, of vegetable or animal origin, and the materials that come from its natural or artificial transformation.
The pellet would be a type of biomass, which is used as a biofuel to generate bioenergy. It is an evolved application of biomass. They are clean, easy to handle, take up little space and allow the cookers and boilers that use them to feed themselves, operating autonomously for hours at a time.
These cookers are fully programmable and very easy to clean and maintain. They are also an economical option compared to firewood, as their price is lower in terms of calorific value, as well as being easier to handle and transport, as they are made of small balls of sawdust, agglomerated with natural resins, which are sold in sacks of different sizes, normally 15 kg, which, depending on weather conditions, can last for weeks.
As you can see in the photos we take care of the whole installation of both the cooker and the smoke extraction by means of chimney. Remember that we are official ecoservice technical
